Proving Arson


Arson is a hard crime to prove because there are many types of Arson. A person could possibly be breaking and entering, car theft and fire, arson can be associated with burglary and other types of theft, a fire can be caused by an accident or set on purpose. Other reasons for arson are when one party is trying to collect insurance or dislikes another party that owns the property being torched.  Many materials such as rags, gas, cleaning chemicals, cleaning materials, tin inside of a microwave, electrical dangers, gas ranges, natural gas from the Gas Company,  and butane gas like the type we use to grill with can all cause arson fires. The reasons for arson are endless having trained inspectors to find out where the fire was ignited helps the detectives, Fire Department and Lawyers tremendously when evaluating a arson fires. A bottle with a rage could have been thrown through a window causing the fire this is called a cocktail. In many cases, you will find that the lethal object that caused the fire is common to everyday use. How can we stop arson from taking place? Most people believe that if you keep dangerous items locked away it will prevent fires this is true in some cases in other cases if a person wishes to commit an arson the only way to stop them is by committing to good security. Placing security cameras around the property and hiring well-trained security guards thus taking responsibility for hazardous materials may change the outcome of a fire. Keeping sprinkler systems and proper fire code escape routes on the exit doors and purchasing a good fire detection system may reduce your chances of an arsonist ruining your corporation.
